Gengeral Description
This probe is a conventional 20MHz 10:1 probe in
a different physical arrangement. The squat shape is more
convenient in many situations.
The weighted base “stays put” and only the clip
leads float.
There are two other advantages over the normal
“pencil” shape.
They are:
the lead to the scope does not have to be highly
flexible; therefore a normal BNC patch cord can be used to connect
to the scope. If the cord becomes damaged a new one can be
substituted. In the usual “pencil” probe if the wire is damaged the
probe is gone.
The second advantage is that the enclosure opens
easily and the resistors comprising the divider can be changed if
they become damaged or if a ratio other than 10:1 is desired.
This probe should last and last. Industrial Test

just send it to us postage prepaid and we will repair and return it
postage prepaid.
